We work hard to make sure the technology in each Bogey Room is up-to-date and functional. But, as with any technology there is always the chance that something isn’t working. The following list is the most common questions/problems that we answer across the lounge. In addition, we’ve put together some steps and screenshots so that you can potentially address the issues on your own.

Uneekor QED: This is the simulator hanging from the ceiling above your swing. It reads your shot.
GSPro: The golf course software we use on our PC's.
Uneekor 3rd Party Connector: The Software that connects the Uneekor QED to GSPro.

The MOST COMMON Issues...and how to solve them.

#1: The UNEEKOR Simulator isn’t READING MY SHOT.

This is by far the most common issue and it typically has to do with the Uneekor not connecting with GSPro. Good news, it’s a simple fix.

Here is how you can solve this:

1. Open up Uneekor Launcher.
2. Open up Uneekor 3rd Party Connector
3. Minimize both of these programs.
4. Open up GSPro
5. Wait for the Uneekor Connection screen to pop-up / turn green …. And then MINIMIZE

Once that connection turns green and you minimize the window, you are good to go.

* You'll know the Uneekor is connected properly, when the RED LIGHTS turn on if you place a ball on the hitting tees.

#2 The UNEEKOR Simulator STOPPED READING SHOTS in the middle of a ROUND?

This will happen from time to time and GSPro now provides a quick fix. Here is how you can fix.

1. On the main GOLF SCREEN - Click SETTINGS.
2. Click SYSTEM inside the Settings Page.
3. Find the RESET GSPro Connect. Click that.
4. It'll reopen the connection window and once it turns green, MINIMIZE that screen and you're good!

* You'll know the Uneekor is connected properly, when the RED LIGHTS turn on if you place a ball on the hitting tees.

#3 The COMPUTER just restarted. Now what?

1. Open up Uneekor Launcher.
2. Open up Uneekor 3rd Party Connector
3. Minimize both of these programs.
4. Open up GSPro
5. Wait for the Uneekor Connection screen to pop-up / turn green …. And then MINIMIZE

#4: The PC is completely locked up. How to get this to work?

This should be the last resort fix for any issue. Please don't do this until you've tried everything above.

1. Hold down the reset button ON TOP of the Computer. Hold for 5 seconds.
2. The PC should shut down. Wait 15 seconds.
3. Hit the Power Button on Top of Computer to TURN BACK ON.
4. This should start up Windows completely fresh. Now you can proceed:
5. Open up Uneekor Launcher.
6. Open up Uneekor 3rd Party Connector
7. Minimize both of these programs.
8. Open up GSPro
9. Wait for the Uneekor Connection screen to pop-up / turn green …. And then MINIMIZE
